Profile

Jason has been in the Lynchburg area since 2003 where he came from the Hampton Roads area. After law school, Jason started his practice at the Lynchburg Public Defenders Office where he tirelessly represented clients in various misdemeanor and felony criminal matters.

In time, he transitioned his practice to being a prosecutor in the Appomattox and Campbell County Commonwealth’s Attorney offices. Ultimately, he was promoted to the Chief Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney for Campbell County, where he regularly litigated complex cases.
